about

One Tuesday at a time. That's how this collection is coming together. Using Reaper, an old Dell PC, a collection of inexpensive mics (and one good vocal one), and a presonus pre-amp and converter strip, we set out to capture sketches of our songs. A timeline of creations as we come to them.

In the process we're racking up a collection of dead soldiers of the wine and beer variety, once in awhile a good bourbon, and boxes of various flavored cheese-its.

We don't put on new strings, we don't isolate anything, we don't even move out of the practice room. We lay a basic idea down with a guitar and vocal to a click and build from there. You'll hear mistakes and less than perfect performances, but you'll also hear the realization of many Tuesday's efforts and some pretty good music.

We're not sure how long this is going to take, but you should stick around and see how it turns out.
